- Normal:
- 5 ± 2cm de la carène
- En gros = au niveau des clavicules médiales
- Flexion cervicale = 5 ± 2
- Extension cervicale = 7 ± 2
- Trob bas: intubation selective (Bronche droite ++)
- Trop haut: lésion laryngée ou extubation involontaire
